Transformational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Coach and Educator
Katie enjoys helping developing leaders to lead from a place of presence, trust, and creativity. She loves to see that leadership translates to cultures and organizations that embody values of liberation for all, visionary love, compassionate design, and radical transparency. She is a documentary filmmaker, a non-profit director, a university educator, a consultant, a coach, a ritualist, a healer, and an intentional village builder.
Katie is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and organizations through moving emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and having healthy communication and narratives about themselves and life.
She also consults on using communication and information technology for leaders and organization in a way that is rooted in transmitting deep values to the world, changing limiting social norms, provocative and meaningful.
Lastly, her newest venture is working with her mother Sheila Pudas, a master genealogist, to offer individuals and families, information and ritual to connect with their lineage, homelands, cultures, and family line. She is especially passionate about repairing the sense of belonging to place and tribe to each individual and family.

I love being a guide or support for anyone coming HOME to themselves and finding their place and people. This has been my life's work.
